Circular enclosing copies in duplicate for each teacher, of the City Council’s resolution relating to terms and conditions of Salary applicable to employees during absence by reason of Military Service.
Miss Brown, Instructress of Physical Training visited the school and saw the work in Rhythmic games, also ARP Practise.
Circular 67/39-40. Alterations of School Sessions during the period November 20th 1939 to December 1939 – January 31st 1940. War emergency measure occasioned by “Black Out” conditions and transport difficulties.
School assembled after the Mid-Term holiday.
2pm Miss Evans came with the Delta Class.
School closed for the Mid-Term holiday.
Miss Phillips called with regard to the Delta Class, which is to have a room in the school.
A group of students accompanied by Miss J Gail visited the school.

Head teacher removed the Registers, Log Book, & Summary to the Girls’ Department after receiving instructions (Circular on Sept 4th) to remove them to a place of safety.
